Wrockwardine Wood Infant School and Nursery for children aged 3–7

Oakengates Nursery School that Includes:

a maintained Nursery School for children aged 2–4 years and

an Ofsted-registered Nursery for our youngest children aged 0–2 years

We believe that children achieve best when learning is joyful, meaningful and rooted in play. From their very first days with us, we provide rich opportunities for children to explore, communicate, develop early skills and grow in confidence, laying strong foundations for future learning.
Helping children to feel that they truly belong is central to our work. We place great importance on nurturing warm, secure relationships, supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and working closely in partnership with families so that every child feels safe, valued and understood.
When children feel happy, confident and connected, they are able to thrive. Through high-quality early years practice, responsive adult interactions and a carefully planned curriculum, we support children’s social, emotional, physical and intellectual development, enabling them to flourish at their own pace.
