Many families can access government-funded early education and childcare, including 15 hours and 30 hours of support each week for eligible children. These funded hours can help you save on childcare costs and give your child valuable early learning opportunities.
The Best Start in Life website (the UK Government’s parent hub) has up-to-date guidance on what childcare support is available, who qualifies, and how to apply. You can use their childcare support checker to enter your details and find out what help you could be entitled to. This includes:

15 hours of funded childcare for all children aged 3 and 4 years old.

30 hours of funded childcare for eligible working families (for children aged from 9 months up to school age).
